The restorations will be milled in zirconia, so I need the designs optimized for both translucency and strength: fine cusp anatomy, smooth emergence profiles, correct connector dimensions, and natural layering effects that show through after staining and glazing. Here is what I expect: • An Exocad project file and clean STL output for each unit or bridge segment. • Alignment to the provided scans and bite registration, ready for CAM with no further adjustment. • Occlusion and proximal contacts checked in the software so the restorations seat with minimal intra-oral adjustment. • A brief note on your tooth library or custom morphing approach so I know how you achieved the aesthetic focus. I will supply the pre-preparation and post-preparation scans, jaw relation, and any photos you need as soon as we start. Turnaround is important, but quality and realism come first—please let me know your typical lead time per case and show a sample of previous zirconia aesthetic work if possible.
