We are seeking a developer with proven experience in e-commerce automation. This is not a project for a simple bot or an MVP, but for a robust, production-ready system designed to ensure that no chats, customers, issues, or sales are lost. The system will be hosted on our own VPS and will integrate several key platforms. Key Integrations: - WhatsApp Cloud API - Shopify (order webhooks) - Dropea (warehouse, shipping, and issue management CRM) - Chatwoot as an inbox for human customer support - n8n and/or custom backend - AI Agent Main Functions: 1. Automatic Order Confirmation: - Triggered by the Shopify order/create webhook. - A WhatsApp message will be sent to the customer to confirm or modify the shipping address. - Mandatory double verification will be implemented. - An AI agent will analyze customer responses, detect potential errors, and format addresses. - Once the address is validated, the order will be updated and confirmed in Dropea via its API. - Goal: improve delivery rate and reduce issues. 2. Shipping Updates: - Dropea sends status updates via webhook, but does not clearly distinguish between "in transit" and "out for delivery." - A queue system and tracking scraping every 15 minutes must be implemented to detect the actual shipping status and send the correct message to the customer. - Note: the scraping system already exists and only requires integration. 3. Automatic Issue Management: - When Dropea reports an issue (e.g., rejected order, customer absent, incorrect address), the customer will be automatically contacted via WhatsApp. - The AI agent will obtain the solution from the customer and, once the information is clear, will automatically manage the issue in Dropea. 4. AI Agent: - The agent will answer common questions using store information. - Critical condition: If the agent is not 100% certain of the answer, cannot perform the requested action, or the customer's response is unexpected, it will NOT respond automatically and will flag the chat in Chatwoot for human review. Developer Requirements: - Proven experience with WhatsApp Cloud API, webhooks, and REST APIs. - Ability to create robust automations using n8n and/or custom code development. - Ability to design and implement robust and fault-tolerant systems. - Knowledge of cost optimization related to using WhatsApp templates versus the 24-hour window. - Production-oriented and scalability-focused mindset.
