At the moment, we are facing a blocking issue and want to hand over this task to someone who can analyze and fix it. Our goal is to build an Android application that can provision itself as the Device Owner using QR-based setup. After provisioning is completed, the app should automatically open a screen with two buttons. One button should install a second Android application, and the other button should transfer the Device Owner role from the first app to the second app. After this transfer, the second app must become the active Device Owner on the device.
