The interior & exterior layout and structure are already fully designed (plans provided), and the building footprint and floor levels are set. What I need now is a complete re-imagining of the exterior façade so the finished building has a modern, high-impact street presence Also we would like a interior design. Important Context: This is not a new build. It is a full renovation of a former church, and the two existing steeples and the chimney—visible in the original elevations and section drawings—will be removed. The goal is to completely transform the exterior look while working within the constraints of the existing structure.
