Our partial PMA workspace already captures CRM, Delivery and Evidence data, yet it still feels like a rough draft. I need the whole system tightened up so that every user—from a sales rep logging a new deal to a coach uploading Teacher Confidence evidence—lands on a clean, intuitive dashboard and always knows the next action. Here’s what I still need done: • Audit and rename every database, property and relation so field labels are crystal-clear and formula logic never breaks. • Implement the remaining Delivery-evidence workflows, including Teacher Confidence Posts plus an Adoption Check-in “completed / due” formula and the filtered due-soon views that go with it. • Refine the Command Centre dashboards so they surface only the essentials—no more clutter, no orphaned roll-ups, just actionable cards. • Public intake forms are the priority: I need separate School, Sponsor and General Inquiry forms, each feeding a triage view that slots new submissions straight into the right pipeline stage. • Polish or build from scratch our Project, Deal and Delivery templates, then add the Impact Snapshot and Headteacher Objection content blocks so they’re ready to drop into any record. Deliverables – Live dashboards, triage views and public form links working end-to-end – A Loom walkthrough plus a one-page SOP explaining schema, automations and upkeep – Final QA checklist signed off by me Acceptance criteria – A submission through any public form instantly appears in its triage view, then flows to the correct pipeline with no manual fixes – Command Centre dashboards always display the right “next action” for every open record You’ll be free to use advanced Notion features—linked databases, roll-ups, formulas and buttons—so long as the workspace stays simple enough for non-technical staff to maintain.
