We recently upgraded the GLPI instance that sits on our GoDaddy shared-hosting account. Since the change, the application throws database-connectivity errors rather than loading the usual dashboard. What I know so far • New database credentials were created and saved. • Those credentials are already reflected in GLPI’s config file. • No other environment variables or php.ini settings were touched. I need a GLPI-savvy engineer to: 1. Diagnose why GLPI still cannot reach MySQL even though the credentials test fine. 2. Complete any missed upgrade or migration steps so the application boots cleanly. 3. Verify plugin compatibility and fix any schema mismatches. 4. Hand back a fully working help-desk portal along with a brief “what was fixed” summary. Access you’ll have: cPanel, phpMyAdmin, SSH (jailed shell), plus full admin rights inside GLPI once it is reachable again.
