I’m building a small, end-to-end system that runs on Python (Flask) with a MySQL database served through XAMPP. The first target is a budget-tracking application, but the same framework should scale to a voting module or BMI calculator later on, so the code needs to be clean, modular, and well documented. What I already have: • A rough ER diagram and a list of required CRUD operations • Basic front-end sketches in HTML/CSS with Tailwind CSS classes Where I need your help: turning those ideas into a working, install-and-run project. That means setting up the database schema, wiring it to Flask routes and models, building the HTML/Tailwind views, and leaving me with clear instructions so I can extend the project myself. Deliverables (acceptance criteria) 1. MySQL scripts that create all tables, indices, and sample data 2. Flask application with configuration files, virtual-environment requirements, and fully functional CRUD endpoints 3. Responsive pages for each operation, styled with Tailwind CSS 4. README covering setup, project structure, and guidelines for adding new modules There’s no hard deadline, so I’m prioritising code readability and maintainability over speed.
