I’m building a Flutter application that delivers live cricket scores and real-time streaming to both Android and iOS from a single codebase. Live data will come exclusively from CricAPI, so the score feed must be integrated, parsed, and displayed with proper match, innings, and player breakdowns. For the video side, the app will play an m3u8 stream; the player only needs a reliable Full-Screen Mode in addition to standard play/pause. An accompanying web-based admin panel is required for: • User Management • Match Scheduling • Score Management Push notifications should alert users about match start, wickets, milestones, and final results; Firebase Cloud Messaging is fine, but I’m open to alternatives that keep costs under control. Deliverables 1. Flutter source code compiling for Android & iOS 2. Admin panel (web) with the three modules above 3. Clean, well-documented API layer for CricAPI and the streaming endpoint 4. Basic UI/UX aligned to Material guidelines, ready for later theming 5. Deployment guide plus a short hand-off call I’ve allocated roughly ₹50 k for the full project and will release it across clear milestones—API integration, streaming player, admin panel, then final polish. Code quality and smooth playback are top priorities, so please factor in testing time before delivery.
