I’m putting together a complete delivery platform in Flutter and need a developer who can deliver the full ecosystem—separate mobile apps for customers, drivers, and vendors, plus a web-based admin console. Core scope • Customer app: smooth sign-up/login, browsing and cart, checkout with Paytm, UPI and Razorpay, live order tracking, push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging, coupon/discount code redemption, ratings and order history. • Driver app: real-time order dispatch, Google Maps-powered navigation, status updates (accepted / picked-up / delivered), earnings summary. • Vendor app: menu or product management, stock status, order acceptance/rejection, and payout tracking. • Admin console (with Admin and Support roles): user, vendor and driver management, analytics, manual order assignment and general system configuration. Technical notes • Single Flutter codebase where practical, cleanly separated projects where necessary. • Firebase (Auth, Firestore/Realtime DB, Cloud Messaging) for backend services; you’re welcome to propose a different scalable backend if it plays well with Flutter. • Secure payment integration for Paytm, UPI and Razorpay, with proper callbacks and settlement flow. • Clean architecture, state management of your choice (Bloc, Provider or Riverpod), and well-documented source code pushed to a private Git repo. Deliverables 1. Production-ready Android & iOS builds for customer, driver, and vendor. 2. Responsive web admin console. 3. Full source code with build/run instructions. 4. Short test plan proving checkout, tracking, and notifications work end-to-end.
