I am looking Long term Freelancer on monthly work. ( 30 to 40 hours max per month ) I’m ready to move fast on a fully-featured employment marketplace that feels native everywhere. The front end must be a single Flutter code-base compiled for Android, iOS, Windows, macOS and Linux, so candidates and employers enjoy the same polished experience on any device. Core screens will include: • an employer flow to post and manage openings • an applicant flow to browse, apply and track status • secure authentication for both roles On the server side I need a Python service that continuously gathers fresh listings, enriches them with metadata and exposes everything through a clean, documented REST/JSON API. This means: • Web scraping of external job sites (respecting robots.txt and rate limits) • Optional ingestion from CSV, XML or other feeds when available • Normalising and storing the data so the Flutter app gets concise, paginated responses I’m happy for you to choose the best toolset—BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, FastAPI, Flask, PostgreSQL—so long as the pipeline is reliable and the API endpoints are versioned. Deliverables 1. Production-ready Flutter application compiled and tested on all five target platforms. 2. Python backend with automated scraping/ingestion jobs, API endpoints and basic admin dashboard or logs. 3. Clear build instructions and README so I can redeploy both components from scratch. 4. A short hand-off call or screencast walking through the architecture and usage. I’ll provide UI wireframes and target sources once we start; code must be well-commented and pushed to a private Git repo.
