I’m building Gotti Delivery, a food-only service that must let customers follow their meals on a live map from kitchen to doorstep. The core of the project is a pair of mobile apps (customer and driver) plus a lightweight web dashboard for restaurants and admins. Key requirements • Real-time GPS tracking displayed inside the customer app and mirrored in the driver app so both sides see accurate ETAs. • Direct order import from UberEats through their official API; if you’ve bridged to DoorDash or GrubHub before, mention it because I may extend support later. • Clean, modern UI/UX with standard flows for browsing menus, adding items, checkout, and status updates. • Secure login and token-based authentication. • Push notifications for every status change: accepted, picked up, en route, and delivered. Technology is up to you—React Native, Flutter, or native stacks are all acceptable as long as you outline why it fits. Back-end can be Firebase, Node, Laravel, or a cloud-native option; the only non-negotiable is that it handles real-time location streaming smoothly. Deliverables 1. Source code and build instructions for all apps and the dashboard 2. Fully documented REST or GraphQL API endpoints 3. UberEats integration keys and configuration notes 4. Short video demo showing tracking in action Acceptance criteria: a test order pulled from UberEats appears in the dashboard, a driver accepts it, and I can follow the courier icon live until “Delivered” changes the order status. If this matches your experience, tell me which mapping SDK you’d pick and how long you need for a first functional demo.
