The Opportunity We are looking for a Founding Engineering Intern to work directly with the leadership team to build the MVP. You will be working directly with a senior technology member, who is currently situated in Los Angeles, US and has prior experience in building state-of-the-art tech for Goldman Sachs, NYC. This is a unique opportunity to own a product lifecycle from Design (Excel Wireframes) → Code → Deployment. What You Will Build (Key Responsibilities) Using our detailed product layouts and workflow designs, you will develop a responsive, user-friendly web platform. Core Website Architecture: Transform detailed Excel-based wireframes into a functional, aesthetic frontend. Pages include: Premier Homepage, Interactive "About Us," and Resource Library. User Dashboards: Build distinct, secure login portals for Students (Profile, Learning Tasks, Application Status) and Mentors (Calendar, Mentee List, Task Tracking). Video Integration: Implement a seamless video-conferencing feature (using APIs like Zoom) to enable 1:1 mentorship sessions directly within the platform. Logic & Features: Develop backend logic for: Questionnaires: Dynamic forms for Student Onboarding and Fitness Tests. Task Management: A system for Mentors to assign tasks and track student progress. Gamification: A "Credit Score" system for Mentors based on completed sessions and feedback. Who You Are Student: Currently a Sophomore or Junior in a Computer Science or related field. Builder: Ideally, you have a portfolio showing projects where you built a website or app from scratch. Tech Stack: Proficiency in Frontend and experience with Backend. Design Eye: You can look at a spreadsheet layout and translate it into a clean, modern UI. Problem Solver: You don’t need to know everything, but you need to know how to Google the solution.
