I’m building an online space dedicated to freelance opportunities in the construction sector and other hands-on trades. The core idea is simple: contractors post short-term or task-based jobs, qualified workers respond, and both sides manage everything in one place. To make the site genuinely useful I need three elements implemented from day one: • a two-way rating system so employers and workers can see each other’s track record, • automatic e-mail notifications for new matches, status changes, and payment milestones, • an in-browser live chat that keeps the conversation on-platform and logged with each job. The workflow should cover job posting, profile creation, search & filter by trade, proposal submission, contract acceptance, and basic dispute handling. Because the audience is primarily builders, electricians, plumbers, and similar professions, the UI has to stay clear, mobile-friendly, and translated into Polish out of the box. I’m open on the tech stack as long as it gives me an admin panel to moderate listings and manage users. Laravel, Django, or Node/React are all fine; if you already have a modular template or white-label job board script we can customise, let me know. Please outline: 1. the framework you’ll use, 2. how you’ll integrate the rating, mail, and chat modules, 3. estimated timeline with key milestones through to a live MVP. When we’re done I expect a fully deployable site on my hosting (or a Docker image), source code in a private repo, and brief documentation so I can handle routine maintenance myself.
