I already have wireframes and a clickable MVP design for Favours—a location-based service marketplace that lets users find nearby specialists quickly and even post urgent “emergency favours.” Now I need the complete production build. Scope • Native-like mobile experience for BOTH iOS and Android (one codebase with React Native or Flutter is fine, but I’m open to separate natives if you prefer). • Secure, scalable backend: real-time geo-matching, push notifications, chat, payments, ratings, dispute flow. Choose the stack you are most efficient with (Node/Express, Django, Go, Firebase, AWS Amplify, etc.). • Admin dashboard with user management, service-provider management, and robust analytics/reporting so I can track acquisition, bookings, and revenue at a glance. • Service-provider web dashboard for booking management, earnings tracking, and instant job alerts. • Marketing website that mirrors the app’s branding and funnels new users/providers to download or sign up. • CI/CD, automated tests, and documentation so we can iterate quickly after launch. Deliverables 1. iOS & Android production builds uploaded to TestFlight / Google Play Internal. 2. REST or GraphQL API with deployment scripts. 3. Web dashboards (admin + provider) and public marketing site, all mobile-responsive. 4. Source code in Git, README covering setup, env variables, and deployment. 5. Two post-launch sprints for bug fixes and polish. Acceptance Criteria • User can post a favour, receive live bids, and confirm a provider within 3 taps. • Provider gets real-time push and sees the job in their dashboard instantly. . User can engage with emergency favours, follow users\ . users can keep a tab open for paying for favours eg- card used keeps money held for tasks that need to be paid for eg. picking up groceries , laundry. money refunded or kept inside wallet • Admin can deactivate any account, refund a payment, and export weekly KPIs without database access. • Average P50 API response <300 ms under 1 k concurrent users. • All P0 flows covered by automated integration tests. If you’re excited to build a real startup product with clear direction and strong growth potential, let’s talk code structure and timeline.
