I’m putting together a small but capable tech team that can take ownership of everything digital I do—from a public-facing website to companion mobile apps and the server-side logic that powers them. Scope • Web, mobile and standalone software are all in play. You’ll help decide the exact stack, but I expect modern, well-supported frameworks and cloud-ready architecture. • The work spans the full product life-cycle: green-field features, iterative improvements on what’s already live, and long-term maintenance once things are in production. Who I need right now • A Frontend developer who can craft fast, accessible UIs. • A Backend developer comfortable designing APIs, databases and deployment pipelines. • A Project manager able to keep tasks moving, manage sprints and communicate progress clearly.
