Fusion 360 Personal Care Device

I’m developing a new utility-focused personal care device and I need the entire CAD project built in Autodesk Fusion 360 from the ground up. The concept is already defined at a high level; what’s missing is a clean, parametric model that can move from idea to prototype and ultimately to mass production without re-work. Here’s what I’m hoping you can handle: • Create a fully parametric 3D model of the device, including internal components, snap-fits or fasteners, and any moving parts. • Prepare manufacturing-ready outputs—STEP for tooling, STL for rapid prototyping, and native .f3d with well-named bodies, joints, and timelines intact. • Supply 2-3 high-quality renders that illustrate form, finish, and hand-held ergonomics. • Generate basic dimensioned drawings for critical parts so factories can quote accurately. Acceptance criteria • The model opens error-free in Fusion 360 with a clear timeline. • All mating faces, clearances, and draft angles check out using the built-in inspection tools. • Exported STEP file passes import validation in SolidWorks or similar without missing bodies. If you’ve taken projects from concept to injection-molded parts before, especially in the personal care space (razors, toothbrushes, grooming tools), I’d love to see examples. Let’s refine the product together and get it ready for the next stage.
