I run an active seller account on India’s Government e-Marketplace and need a capable hand who already knows the GeM interface inside out. Your first priority will be to create 1-10 new product listings from scratch—complete with accurate specs, high-quality images, and all mandatory compliance data—while simultaneously refreshing the older catalogue so every description, price and document stays current with the latest GeM policies. Once the catalogue is solid, I’d like you to keep the account humming day-to-day: accept and process purchase orders, upload invoices and dispatch details on time, monitor CRAC generation, and handle any returned or cancelled orders so my seller rating remains spotless. Routine housekeeping such as updating certifications, tracking stock levels and resolving portal notifications will also fall under your scope. Deliverables I’ll review against: • 1-10 brand-new listings live and approved by GeM. • Existing items updated with correct pricing, documents and images. • All incoming orders processed within platform deadlines for the first month. • Weekly account health report highlighting issues resolved and actions pending. If you already work with GeM templates, bulk upload sheets, and understand the SLA timers, this should be straightforward. Looking forward to keeping the store compliant and profitable together.
