I run a Django-powered API with a Next.js front-end and I’m ready to tighten up our software delivery. I need a seasoned CI/CD specialist to create fresh GitHub Actions workflows while also refining what already exists. The new setup must cover Build and Test stages only; deployment is handled elsewhere. Key objectives are clear: trim our build times and make every push or pull-request run predictably so failed builds are rare and easy to diagnose. I expect well-commented YAML files, sensible caching, parallelisation where it makes sense, concise logs, and a small set of reusable workflow templates so future projects can plug straight in. Please be comfortable working directly in GitHub, and with the quirks of both Django’s manage.py test suite and Next.js’s incremental build process. When you’re done, I should be able to trigger the pipelines from PRs, feature branches, or tags and see faster, more reliable feedback without touching the deployment stage.
