Automation 1 – Comment-to-DM Funnel • Channel: Facebook & Instagram • Trigger: visitor types one of my chosen keywords in a post comment • Actions: instant public reply, then a personalised DM that drops the funnel link Automation 2 – Form Submit → Lead Magnet • Trigger: prospect submits a form on any funnel page • Action: immediate email that delivers the lead magnet stored on Google Drive (view-only link) Automation 3 – Post-Download Nurture • Trigger: the email above is opened or the Drive link is clicked • Actions: timed follow-up email/SMS sequence designed to convert the new lead, complete with goal tracking and appropriate tag moves Acceptance criteria – Workflows are clearly named, colour-coded, and documented inside each step – Only necessary triggers/actions are active; no redundant paths – All tags follow my existing naming convention – I can export everything as a single snapshot without breaking dependencies I’ll supply the exact keywords, copy, and funnel links.
