Google Ads Conversion Tracking Setup

I recently migrated my five-year-old advertising account to a brand-new domain and lost all of the conversion data that used to fire on the old site. The action I need to measure is a website visitor and then submits our lead form. The site runs on WordPress and, at the moment, there is no Google Tag Manager on it. Here is what I need from you: • Install and configure a fresh Google Tag Manager container on the new domain • Create a Google Ads conversion action for “Lead form submission” and deploy the tag through GTM • Verify the trigger fires only after a successful submit (not on page load or validation errors) • Test the implementation with Google Tag Assistant / preview mode and provide screenshots or a short Loom video as proof • Push the changes live and confirm the conversion is being recorded inside Google Ads in real time Please keep existing page speed and SEO settings intact—no unnecessary plugins. If you prefer working directly in the theme or with a lightweight tag-injection plugin, that’s fine as long as it stays clean and maintainable. Access to WordPress admin, Google Ads, and a fresh GTM container will be granted once we agree on the approach. Looking forward to having reliable lead tracking back in place quickly.
