I now want the platform working hard for me, collecting the right data, taking payments seamlessly and following up clients automatically, so I can focus on providing care rather than administration. Here is what I still need configured: • Forms setup – custom client-intake, consent and progress forms, all mapped to the correct patient fields • Payment portals – Stripe or Halaxy Pay fully connected, with automated invoicing and reconciliation • Email & SMS sequences – appointment reminders, no-show follow-ups, recall notices and nurture campaigns that trigger off booking and payment events • General back-end settings – user roles, calendars, service items, clinical notes templates and anything else you spot that’s missing I will provide existing branding, form templates, copy and any third-party logins you need. You’ll walk me through best-practice workflows, implement the settings directly in my Halaxy account, and test everything with me until payments process and messages send exactly as intended.
