I’m currently locked out of my course portal because I need a password reset, and the usual self-service options aren’t getting me back in. I’m looking for someone who understands common LMS platforms—whether that ends up being Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or another—and can quickly pinpoint the right recovery path.
