I need several custom components produced in PLA with very fine, intricate features. Dimensional accuracy and surface quality are critical, so I’m after someone whose FDM setup is already dialed in for high-detail work (layer heights of 0.10 mm or better, clean overhangs, minimal stringing). If you’re used to squeezing the best out of a Prusa, Voron, Bambu or a similarly precise machine, this will be right up your alley. Once we start, I’ll provide the STL files and any specific call-outs. Your role covers the full print-to-door process: • Print in pure PLA (colour is flexible). • Remove supports and do light clean-up while preserving sharp edges. • Verify critical dimensions, share clear photos or a quick video for approval. • Pack securely and ship with tracking. Please tell me which printer and slicer profile you plan to use, your proposed nozzle size, layer height, infill and any post-processing steps. A short portfolio or pictures of previous high-detail PLA prints will help me gauge fit. The job is complete when the parts arrive undamaged, within ±0.15 mm of the model and free of surface defects that could affect fit or function. Let’s push PLA to its limits together.
