I want to create an online employment marketplace designed specifically for people with disability. The platform has to let employers publish Full-time, Part-time and Freelance/Contract openings across Administrative and Retail roles, then allow candidates to browse, apply and complete simple tasks or trials that prove their fit. Accessibility is the heart of the build. Every screen, form and dashboard must meet WCAG 2.1 AA, work smoothly with screen-readers and be fully keyboard navigable. I need two core user journeys: 1. Employer flow • Post a vacancy, set task requirements, track applications. • Rate completed tasks and trigger next steps (interview, hire, decline). 2. Applicant flow • Create a profile, upload supporting documents in an accessible manner. • Receive built-in Job training modules, step-by-step Application assistance and, once hired, structured On-the-job support resources that managers can update. Key functionality • Responsive web app (React or Vue front-end, Node or Django back-end—open to your suggestion). • Role-based dashboards, secure login (OAuth or email), real-time messaging. • Simple–task engine: employers define short assignments; applicants submit files, text or video for review. • Analytics for employers (task completion rates, time-to-hire). • Admin panel for me to moderate jobs and content. Acceptance criteria • MVP deployed on my cloud account, ready for live employer postings. • Performance optimised, HTTPS enforced, GDPR-compliant data handling. • Clear hand-over: source code in Git, setup docs, one walkthrough call. If you have experience building accessible marketplaces or job boards and can move quickly from wireframes to launch, let’s talk.
