I’m developing an architectural visualization package for a college 20K sqft and need a fully detailed 3ds Max model that showcases the interior spaces only. The focus is on how classrooms, labs, corridors, and common areas look and feel once built, so accuracy in scale, furniture placement, materials, and lighting is critical. You may work in 3ds Max with either V-Ray or Corona; just make sure all textures, proxies, and lighting setups remain neatly organized in the final scene. I’ll provide floor plans and reference photos once we begin. At the end, I’ll need: • The native .max file with a clean, layered structure • All external assets (textures, proxies, HDRIs) in relative paths • At least five high-resolution, photorealistic still renders of key interior views If you have ideas for optional panoramic or animated fly-throughs, let me know, but the primary deliverables above are the mandatory items for approval.
