Project Overview We have a WordPress landing page built with Elementor. We need a freelancer to implement two lead-capture forms that send Name + Email into Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) and add the contact to a specific Brevo List. What We Need Built 1) Static Form (On-Page) A form embedded on the landing page (visible immediately) Fields: Name, Email Submits to Brevo and adds contact to a selected list Basic validation + success message 2) Popup Form (Scroll Trigger) Popup appears when a visitor scrolls ~50% down the page Same fields: Name, Email Also submits to Brevo and adds contact to the same (or specified) list Must work smoothly on desktop + mobile (no broken layout, no covering everything badly) Responsiveness Requirements Both forms must be properly responsive: Desktop Tablet Mobile Technical Requirements / Preferences Built using Elementor (Elementor Pro popup is OK if available; otherwise use a lightweight popup method) Integrate via Brevo API and/or official Brevo WordPress plugin, whichever is most reliable Must comply with best practice: no spammy hacks, no heavy scripts that slow the page Ensure form submission can be tested end-to-end (contact appears in Brevo list) Deliverables Static form working on the landing page Scroll-trigger popup form working Both forms responsive across desktop/tablet/mobile Confirmed test: submitted contacts appear in Brevo list Brief handover notes: where to edit form text, list ID, success message Info We Will Provide WordPress admin access (or staging access) Brevo account access / API key (or we can create one) Brevo List to add contacts into Landing page URL / template To Apply (Screening Questions) Please answer: Have you integrated Brevo/Sendinblue with WordPress forms before? (share examples) Which approach will you use: Brevo plugin or API integration (and why)? Which popup method will you use for the scroll popup? Confirm you will test and show the contact appearing in the Brevo list.
