I have a full-size apartment that needs both a visual concept and precise, build-ready documentation. First, I want photorealistic rendered images so I can review colours, textures, and lighting. At the same time, I need an interactive 3D model (SketchUp, Twinmotion, or any similar platform is fine) so I can spin, zoom, and walk through each space on my laptop with no special software. Scope of spaces • Living room • Bedroom • Kitchen • Two bathrooms • Hallway Once the look is approved, I will rely on you for accurate furniture plans: elevations, sections, and dimensioned drawings that a carpenter can take straight to the workshop. Every custom piece—wardrobes, TV unit, kitchen cabinets, vanities, hallway storage—must show overall sizes, material thicknesses, door swings, hardware positions, and clearances. Deliverables 1. high-resolution rendered images per space. 2. An interactive 3D model file plus a web-based viewer link. 3. Furniture shop drawings in PDF and DWG, labelled and to scale. Acceptance criteria • All dimensions in millimetres with a ≤2 mm tolerance. • Each drawing sheet carries its own title block and revision date. • Model and drawings align exactly—no mismatched measurements. If you’re comfortable moving from concept renders through to millimetre-perfect cabinetry drawings, I’d love to see past work that shows both sides of that process and get your timeline for completion.
