I’m looking for a senior full-stack developer who can fully take over my job-search and onboarding workflow, and then perform the actual technical role once hired. Your main responsibility is to represent me throughout the hiring process: screening opportunities, preparing for and attending interviews in my place, communicating with recruiters or hiring managers, and securing the position. Once onboarded, you will handle all day-to-day development responsibilities for the role you’ve helped land. Most roles we target involve full-stack web development—from e-commerce builds to custom CMS platforms to general business applications—so you should be comfortable taking on a wide range of tasks. You’ll own the full cycle: scoping, planning, architecture, coding, testing, deployment and continual iteration. Strong, confident English is essential since you’ll be leading technical discussions, taking interviews, and communicating with native-English stakeholders during both the hiring process and the ongoing job. Compensation follows a 50/50 model and typically reaches USD 4k+ per month once a position is secured and workload stabilizes. Actual amounts follow project/job throughput. Success will be measured by: • Performing interviews and securing suitable roles in a timely manner • Delivering clean, well-reviewed production code on schedule once hired • Documenting meeting notes, action items and progress clearly and consistently • Communicating issues, blockers, and updates with professionalism and reliability If you have a track record of building real-world web applications and can speak confidently and naturally with English-speaking interviewers and team members, I’d like to see your background.
