I need a freelancer to research and create a monthly pipeline of original LinkedIn post ideas in change management and change communication. I will write the posts. You will supply the thinking, angles, and key messages. DELIVERABLE (10 IDEAS PER MONTH) For each idea, provide ONLY the fields below. Use short paragraphs, not bullets. 1. Core insight: 2 to 4 lines stating the point and why it matters in real change work. Must be specific and useful, not a generic take. 2. Key messages: 6 to 10 short lines I can lift straight into a post. Plain language, grounded in programme reality, minimal jargon. Must be clearly original, not recycled LinkedIn advice. 3. How to apply this in real work: 4 to 8 short lines on what to do differently (steps, decision rules, examples of wording, simple tactics). Must be practical for complex organisations with limited time and messy stakeholders. 4. Source trail: List sources used (LinkedIn posts, articles, books, research, talks, podcasts) with links where possible. Add one line per source on what you took from it (concept only, never wording). RESEARCH EXPECTATIONS (BUILT-IN) Each idea should be informed by scanning relevant practitioners and material from the last 3+ years and by tracking current themes in real change work: adoption, behaviour change, consultation fatigue, comms overload, trust, leadership alignment, org design, digital change, and AI use in comms. Output must be clearly original. TONE AND STYLE: My posts are typically: • Plain-language and direct: mix of short and long sentences, minimal buzzwords, no corporate fluff • Practical: tools, checklists, frameworks, phrasing people can actually copy • Grounded in lived programme reality: change work as it actually happens, not textbook theory • Lightly contrarian: challenges “standard” change and comms advice when it is unhelpful • Specific and sharp: naming the tension, the risk, the awkward truth, then offering a useful fix • Human tone: candid, clear, occasionally witty, never try-hard or salesy • Action-oriented: each post earns its place and lands a point The output should feel like it came from someone who has been inside complex programmes and has opinions worth reading. WORKFLOW + PAYMENT You submit up to 10 ideas per month on a shared Excel spreadsheet. I approve or reject each idea (light iteration if close). Payment is $35 per approved idea, paid monthly. TO APPLY Send me a PM with a short note on your experience in LinkedIn content and change/change comms.
