Write and publish success stories that fit our mission and weave them into our feed. • Keep a simple weekly sheet that shows engagement rate for every post so we can see exactly what resonates and iterate fast. Tools are up to you—whether that’s native LinkedIn scheduling, Buffer, Hootsuite, or another stack—so long as the content lands on time and the conversation never goes unanswered. At the end of each week I expect: 1. A content calendar for the next seven days (post copy, suggested visuals, and scheduling times). 2. The engagement snapshot pulled straight from LinkedIn analytics with your brief notes on what to tweak.
