Project Description We are a growing women’s activewear brand based in Dubai and are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take full ownership of paid ads + organic content growth with a clear focus on sales, traffic, and brand growth. This role is for someone who understands performance marketing, content that converts, and platform-specific strategies — not just posting for aesthetics. Responsibilities Paid Advertising (Core Focus) Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Build and test ad creatives, audiences, and funnels Scale winning campaigns focused on website conversions & sales Track ROAS, CTR, CPA, and optimize weekly Content & Social Media Management Manage and grow: TikTok Instagram Threads Facebook Create and execute a content strategy focused on growth + conversions Oversee posting schedules, captions, hooks, and CTAs Repurpose content across platforms strategically Coordinate UGC and influencer-style content Growth & Strategy Develop a clear monthly growth plan Identify trends and apply them fast Align organic content with paid ad strategy Drive traffic from social → website → sales Requirements Proven experience managing Meta Ads with real sales results Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram growth Experience in fashion, fitness, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred Ability to create or direct high-performing short-form content Data-driven mindset (you know what to scale and what to kill) Clear communication and accountability What We’re Looking For Someone who treats this brand like their own Focused on growth, conversions, and revenue, not vanity metrics Organized, proactive, and results-oriented Can work independently and execute fast Project Type Ongoing / Long-term Monthly retainer (to be discussed based on experience)
