I need a cross-platform marketplace where anyone can sign up as either a buyer, a seller, or seamlessly be both. Clothing, kitchenware and electronics will sit as the primary categories, but the structure should let me add more later without a redesign. The app must launch on both iOS and Android from a single code-base (Flutter, React Native or another proven framework is fine as long as performance feels native). During onboarding every user has to pass phone verification; no email or social log-ins for now, though I’d like the architecture to leave room for them if I decide to expand. i What I expect to receive: • Clean, well-documented source code and all build files • UI/UX that reflects modern marketplace standards, including search, category browsing, in-app chat, order tracking and a straightforward listing flow for sellers • A lightweight admin panel so I can approve listings, manage disputes and pull basic analytics • Store deployment guidance for both App Store and Google Play, plus a quick hand-over call or documentation explaining build, release and hosting steps - plus a separate account for delivery staff such as motorcycle or car drivers who want to work in delivering the items Acceptance criteria will be a successful TestFlight and internal Play Console build that lets me create an account with phone verification, list an item, purchase it from another account and see the transaction reflected in the admin panel.
