The build is for a brand-new domain, so design, development and basic on-page SEO all start from scratch. Core structure • Home • About Us • Services • Job Search The first three pages are largely informational; I will supply copy and imagery, you ensure clean layout, responsive behaviour and a straightforward CMS so my team can make future edits without code. Job Search page – critical requirements • Search and filter live vacancies by keyword, location and function. • Allow candidates to submit their résumé/CV. • Provide an “Apply” flow that stores the application and sends a notification email. • Pull all vacancies automatically from our XML feed generated by AdCourier; the sync must run on demand so listings are always current. I expect the finished site to load quickly, pass core web vitals and display flawlessly on desktop and mobile. Please include any frameworks or plugins you plan to use for the XML integration when you reply. A brief hand-over guide showing how to add or edit static content and monitor incoming applications will complete the project. I have many royalty free mining images that can be utilised for the new site. If you have built recruitment or executive search sites before, that experience will be a plus.
