Mobile Open-World RPG Development

I want to bring the Criminal Russia Role-Play experience to an English-speaking audience on mobile devices, with the same free-roaming feel people love in Grand Mobile. The plan is a full open-world city where players move, drive, fight or cooperate at will, but every user starts with a completely customizable avatar so they can build their own criminal or hero persona from scratch. Core needs • A single, seamless open map inspired by modern Russian cities—shops, apartments, back-alleys, police stations, everything alive with NPC traffic and day–night cycles. • Real-time multiplayer so users can meet, chat and form crews directly on their phones. • Standard criminal-life activities: car theft, trades, street races, side missions and emergent events, all unlocked in English dialogue and menus. • Handheld-friendly controls, smooth frame rate on both iOS and Android mid-range hardware. • Server, database and basic anti-cheat protection ready for launch. I’m leaning toward Unity, but I’m open if you have a stronger tech stack for mobile open worlds. Your first milestone should be a playable city block with movement, driving and avatar customization working. After that we move to mission scripting, networking polish and visual passes until the full release build is uploaded to the App Store and Google Play. Send over examples of mobile sandbox or role-play titles you have shipped, plus a quick outline of how you would split the work into milestones. I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on the roadmap and timeline.
