The goal is to showcase the building’s clean lines, materials, and surrounding hardscape/softscape in a way that feels both aspirational and grounded in reality. You will start from my reference drawings and site photos (PDF and JPEG). Once the massing and proportions look right, we can move into texturing, lighting, and camera selection. I’m aiming for premium-quality imagery suitable for client presentations and marketing material, so feel free to work in the package you know best—SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max + Corona, Blender + Cycles, or a comparable pipeline—as long as the final output hits the quality mark. Deliverables • Editable 3D model of the full exterior and landscape (FBX or native file) • Minimum of five 4K still renders: three daylight, one golden-hour, one night scene • Separate material/texture folder and any custom proxies or vegetation assets • One revision round for tweaks to materials, lighting, or camera angles Acceptance criteria • Building details, lighting, and vegetation must match supplied references • No visible noise or fireflies at full resolution • Consistent PBR-based materials with physically correct scale I’ll provide prompt feedback at each milestone to keep the process smooth and on schedule.
