Description: We are looking for an experienced development team or company that already has a ready-made ride-hailing app, similar to inDriver, where riders can negotiate or suggest fares and drivers can accept or counter. Core Features: Rider and driver apps (iOS & Android). Fare bidding/negotiation system (like inDriver). Admin panel (web-based) to manage rides, users, drivers, and payments. Multi-language support (English + Arabic (RTL)). Google Maps integration (must work well in Libya). Payment integration: initially cash, with the possibility to add local wallets or gateways later. Notifications (push + in-app). Modern, clean UI/UX – user-friendly, not outdated templates. Deliverables: Full source code ownership (rider app, driver app, admin panel, backend). Setup and installation on our server. Documentation for deployment and further development. Optional (Nice-to-have): Community feature for drivers (posts/chat). Parcel delivery module. Analytics and reporting dashboard.
