I’m hand-building a solid wooden front door and want to elevate it with a Moroccan-inspired, semi-ornate relief carved directly into the exterior face. The panel will be routed by CNC, so I’m after a digital file (preferred formats: STL, STEP, or high-resolution vector) that produces a clean, moderate-detail pattern—rich enough to feel handcrafted but not so dense that it overwhelms the façade. The carving must suit hardwood, respect standard door joinery clearances, and stay within typical router bit limitations. I’ll provide exact panel dimensions, rabbet depths, and any hardware cut-outs once we start; you handle the pattern development, tool-path planning, and any suggestions for optimal depth or finishing passes. Deliverable • Ready-to-run CNC file(s) plus a preview render so I can approve the look before machining. Acceptance The file should load error-free in Fusion 360 and generate clean, collision-free tool paths on my machine (standard ¼" and ⅛" bits). If everything simulates smoothly and the visual matches the agreed Moroccan style, we’re good to go. If this sounds up your alley, let’s collaborate—I’m excited to give this door a distinctive statement piece.
