Acceptance criteria 1. A visitor can switch languages at any time and see fully translated versions of every published page. 2. Core pages load without layout shifts on the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, down to a 320 px viewport. 3. Lighthouse performance score stays at 80 + for mobile and desktop. 4. No hard-coded text: all editable via Elementor or the translation plugin. 5. Final delivery includes a short video or PDF walkthrough of key admin tasks.
