The VR tours should allow smooth room-to-room navigation on desktop and mobile. Tools & files I’m open to whichever pipeline you prefer—Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender or another tool—as long as you can deliver editable source files plus ready-to-use 4 K JPG/PNG stills and a self-contained WebGL/HTML or equivalent package for each tour. Colour guidance I’ll supply detailed specifications and swatches for the light and dark palettes as soon as we start. Furniture and styling can follow your library or mine; I only need them to complement the palettes. Timeline Everything, including one revision round, should be wrapped up within 3–4 weeks of kickoff.
