I’m building a drone-services marketplace that I can run entirely from a virtual office and I want the whole thing powered by a no-code stack. The marketplace’s heart is service booking and scheduling, so the solution must provide a real-time booking calendar that locks in pilot availability instantly, fire off automated reminders and notifications to both customers and pilots, and let a customer bundle several drone services into one seamless booking flow. Access will be through a mobile application; the web side can stay admin-only if that speeds things up. I’m open to Bubble, Glide, Adalo, FlutterFlow, Airtable, and similar tools as long as the finished product is easy for me to maintain without coding. Core workflow I expect • Customer browses services, selects a date/time in the live calendar, and checks out. • The system confirms availability, processes payment (Stripe preferred), and triggers notifications (email, SMS, or push). • Pilots see the job in their own calendar, accept or decline, and the customer receives status updates automatically. • An admin dashboard lets me override bookings, adjust pricing, and export data for accounting. Back-end workflows covering real-time calendar sync, automated reminders, and multi-service booking logic. 3. Admin dashboard with user, service, and payout management. 4. Payment integration and basic analytics setup. 5. Step-by-step documentation or video walkthrough so I can extend the system myself. Acceptance criteria • Bookings can be created, rescheduled, or cancelled by both customer and admin with instant calendar updates. • Reminder and status notifications reach test devices within 60 seconds of the triggering event. • A customer can add at least three different drone services to one order without error.
