I would like those measurements translated into a clean SketchUp model that captures only the essential structure and layout—no elaborate textures or planting plans, just the hardscape footprint. Alongside the drawings, I will share a simple 3-D visual reference (a single perspective render/photo). If you are comfortable with Photo Match, feel free to use it so the model aligns accurately with that image; if not, a manual interpretation that matches key heights and angles is fine. Must-have elements are straightforward: show where seating areas sit and how the main pathways run through the space. Everything else can stay as generic massing so the file stays light and editable. Deliverables • Native SketchUp (.skp) file organised into clear layers/tags for walls, ground plane, furniture blocks, and paths • A single exported JPG or PNG screenshot confirming the camera angle that matches my reference image I’ll supply the hand-drawn plan with dimensions and the reference perspective as soon as we start.
