POS Performance Optimization Analyze why POS is slow/freezing. Optimize queries, assets, and configuration. Ensure POS works fast and stable. Website Speed & UX Improvements Improve page load speed. Reduce image and asset sizes. Add product banners. Minor UI/UX improvements for better buying experience. Customizations (Earlier Scope) Sales, Inventory, Accounting custom modules. Reports, new fields, workflows, approvals. Upgrade-safe modules, Git commits, staging tests. Deliverables Clean custom modules. Migration scripts or tools. Documentation.
