I am running Odoo 19 Enterprise and have started tailoring it to store vehicle and insurance data, but I need a developer who can finish the job cleanly and wire up a few automations. What I still need: • Extra fields on the partner (customer) form for car model and year, insurance policy number with expiry date, owner details, insurance company, and a space for any further notes I may add later. • A concise “Car & Insurance” section on the customer portal/dashboard so clients can see their own records at a glance. • WhatsApp integration that automatically sends: – An expiry-reminder message when a policy is nearing its end date. – A follow-up message whenever a new activity related to that car or policy is created. – Customisable notifications for renewals (so I can tweak wording or timing without code changes). Everything must fit naturally into standard Odoo workflows, respect enterprise access rights, and be upgrade-safe. I will test on a staging instance first, then push to production once we confirm: all new fields store and display correctly, portal view loads without errors, and WhatsApp messages reach my own device in the exact scenarios listed above.
