I need the approved four-villa site plan adjusted so that everything flows in a more natural, organic way. The priority is a new interlock‐paved vehicle route that starts at Villa 23’s main gate, sweeps to the outdoor kitchen, leaves ample room for cars to turn in front of the door, then branches gracefully toward neighboring Villa 21 without disturbing existing structures or service lines. Between the front pair of villas (21 & 23) and the rear pair (22 & 24) I’d like sculpted sand dunes that act as a privacy screen. Please shape them to look natural, add suitable tree species for our climate, and weave in a gently curved pedestrian path that climbs to a small seating niche on the dune crest—an inviting spot for tea at sunset. Style must stay firmly “Natural/Organic,” so think soft curves, seamless grading, and planting that blends into the desert context. I will supply the current CAD file as soon as the project starts. Deliverables • Revised CAD layout showing the new vehicle and pedestrian paths, turning radius, and dune contours • Planting schedule and basic lighting suggestions around the pathway and seating area • Two or three perspective renders (SketchUp, Lumion, or similar) illustrating the experience from driver, walker, and seating views Timing is tight—I’d like an initial draft in a few days and the final package signed off as soon as possible. When you respond, link me to past projects that demonstrate comparable landscape or hardscape design so I can quickly gauge fit.
