Our overseas education consultancy needs a purpose-built CRM that covers every interaction from the first enquiry to the student’s final course completion. The core workflow must include robust Lead Management, detailed Student Application Tracking and a complete Communication Log so my team can see every email, call and note in one timeline. Beyond the day-to-day pipeline tools, I also need: • Seamless integration with existing student-information systems and with payment gateways to handle tuition fee schedules and receipts without duplicate data entry. • Automated notifications for both staff and students (status changes, document reminders, payment alerts, visa expiry prompts). • Performance analytics dashboards that reveal conversion rates, counsellor productivity and campaign ROI across markets. The system should feel cohesive—from pre-sales counselling, through application processing, visa assistance and post-arrival support—without forcing users to jump between modules. Custom fields, role-based permissions and a clean, mobile-friendly UI are expected. Deliverables will be accepted when: 1. All stated modules function together in a single sign-on environment. 2. Third-party integrations push/pull data in real time with no manual sync. 3. Dashboards accurately reflect live CRM data and export to CSV/PDF. 4. Automated notifications trigger on the agreed rule set and are logged. 5. End-user testing confirms performance under normal office load. Preferred stack is flexible as long as it can scale and is easy for my in-house IT team to maintain. Documentation and a short hand-over workshop will complete the project.
