I already run my operation on Perfex CRM and now want n8n to sit at the center of it. What I need is an end-to-end workflow that: • pulls new or updated records from Perfex, treats them as leads, and routes them automatically inside the CRM (lead creation, status changes, assignment) • triggers task creation and follow-up activities without manual clicks • keeps contacts, deals and any custom tables fully synchronised both ways in near real-time • is wrapped in an AI-driven layer so rules, tags and escalations can be adapted dynamically rather than hard-coded • lets my staff interact through a single, dedicated WhatsApp number: every command must be OTP-verified, then n8n pushes the request to Perfex and returns a confirmation back in the WhatsApp chat I will provide API credentials for Perfex, the dedicated WhatsApp line and a fresh n8n instance (self-hosted). You handle: – building and documenting the n8n workflows – any webhook or API configuration needed inside Perfex – the WhatsApp OTP gate (Twilio, 360Dialog, or another proven gateway—your choice, just outline it up front) – a short hand-over video or written walk-through so my team can extend the flows later Everything must be tested end-to-end before hand-off; “it works on my machine” is not enough—I’ll check with real leads, tasks and WhatsApp messages.
