I have a high-resolution photograph of an existing interior and a separate AI concept that captures our desired finishes, colours and a few light architectural tweaks. Your task is to blend the two so the final image looks as though the renovation is already built. What must appear in the render • The colour palette and material selections from my AI concept (I’ll send detailed reference images for each finish). • Minor structural adjustments shown in the concept—think a slightly re-shaped opening and a low feature wall—nothing that alters the building envelope. Scope of work You’ll take the original photo, match its camera angle, lighting and perspective, then overlay the new scheme with a fully photoreal treatment. Tools such as 3ds Max, Corona, V-Ray, Blender or similar are fine as long as the result is indistinguishable from a real photograph. Deliverables • One 4K-resolution rendering in JPEG or PNG that merges the photo and the AI design. • Layered source file (PSD, MAX, BLEND or equivalent) so we can make minor edits later. • Up to two quick rounds of touch-ups to polish reflections, shadows or material accuracy. I’ll provide the base photo, AI concept image, reference shots of each material, and a brief note on the small structural edits as soon as we start.
