The homepage has to go live within 48 hours so that I can start directing listeners there immediately; the rest of the site—player pages, episode archive, about, contact and any support sections—can follow over the next three to four weeks. The core of the project is simple: make it effortless for visitors to stream or download every episode, browse by topic or guest, and subscribe on their favourite platforms. I’m expecting a responsive design that looks just as polished on mobile as it does on desktop, with an intuitive CMS (WordPress, Webflow or similar is fine) so I can add new episodes and show notes myself. Because the homepage deadline is tight, I’ll supply logos, colour palette and initial copy as soon as we kick off. Once that piece is live, we’ll refine the remaining pages, integrate my podcast host’s RSS feed, set up basic SEO, and connect the necessary analytics.
