The images will stay in-house, so photorealistic marketing polish is less important than accuracy and clarity for engineering review. You will start from my hand sketches and basic dimensions, then model the part in your preferred solid-modelling package (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar), keeping the geometry clean and parametric so revisions are easy. Once the model is approved, I’ll also rely on you to lay out clear assembly instructions—exploded views, call-outs, and any annotations that make the build process obvious to my team. Finally, I’d like your engineering eye on functional testing: a short written note or screen-share walk-through that highlights stress points, tolerances that might tighten, and any red flags before we move to physical prototyping. Deliverables • Native CAD file and a neutral format (STEP/IGES) • High-resolution renderings from two to three useful angles • Assembly instruction sheet (PDF) with labeled exploded view • Brief functional-testing feedback (bullet or paragraph form) Everything must line up with the dimensions provided and remain editable for future iterations.
