The system must automate our daily workflows and bridge the gap between our office, drivers, and accounting. Key Features Required: 1. Internal Admin & Operations Dashboard (Web): Real-Time GPS Tracking: Monitor our fleet's live location, speed, and route history (Internal use only). Dispatching System: Assign "Airport Transfers" and "Excursions" to drivers/representatives. Data Management: Export detailed reports (Trips, Maintenance, Logistics) in CSV/PDF. 2. Third-Party API Integration (Booking Sync): Automatic Import: Seamlessly fetch incoming bookings from international partners (e.g., Booking.com, Kiwitaxi) into our internal dashboard. Status Updates: Automated feedback (Accept/Complete) to partner platforms without sharing our internal GPS data. 3. Driver/Representative Mobile App (iOS & Android): Task Management: Real-time push notifications for new assignments. Drivers must "Accept" and mark tasks as "Completed." Digital Records: Storage for driver licenses, certificates, and vehicle assignments. 4. Maintenance & Accounting Modules: Vehicle Health: Service schedules (Oil, tires, etc.) with automated push reminders. Financial Sync: Once a trip is completed, data must automatically reflect in the accounting module for payroll and commissions.
